Character Animation set up and AI Testing against it

Animation Set Up

So to set up the animation system to work with a separate animation system, I took two characters from mixamo and set up the animation blueprint with what I think is necessary animations.  The reason I set this up is for two reasons:

1) To get a animation system set ready for when animations are set up for the actual characters. 
2) There was conflicting messages being sent by both AI and Player character when setting up the material system.

Note this is going to be changed but for an animation system to work with this early in the development.  It'll be effective for what I need to ensure that all the blueprints will be working for when i replace them with other animations.
